- We deliver to all major cities and districts across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.
- Some remote or rural areas may require additional time for delivery.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Fridays or government holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Timeframe
- Estimated time: 1-3 working days, depending on location.
- Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Charges
- Estimated Charges: ৳80–৳130 (depending on weight and location).
- For certain promotional offers or order amounts, shipping may be free (details will be mentioned on the product page or during checkout).
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.
- Customers are requested to prepare the exact amount at the time of delivery.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will share a tracking ID (if available) via SMS/email so you can track your delivery status.
8. Delays & Issues
- YohoBD is not responsible for courier delays once the product has been dispatched. However, we will fully support you in resolving any delivery-related issues.
- If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
