- Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.

- Opened or used toys/collectables.
- Discounted or clearance sale items (unless defective).
- Customised or special-order products.

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, securely pack the item and send it back using a reliable courier service.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item sent by YohoBD, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other cases (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return delivery charges.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method (or through bank transfer for COD orders).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the product was faulty or incorrect.

- If you prefer, you can exchange the returned item for another product of equal or higher value (price difference applies).
- Exchange requests follow the same eligibility and process as returns.
